Understand ModelStream's flexible Quota-based billing system.

Billing Principle

Quota System

The platform utilizes a prepaid quota deduction model. Every API call deducts credits from your balance in real-time based on Tokens consumed and model multiplier ratios.

Recharge & Payment

Supports top-ups via online payment platforms (Stripe/Alipay/WeChat). Credits are automatically added upon successful payment.

Redemption & Authorization

Use redeem codes provided by campaigns or admins on the "Redemption" page. New or non-recharged accounts may only have access to free model groups.

Common Error Code Troubleshooting

401 Unauthorized

Key is invalid, missing, or deleted. Check the Authorization header format.

402 Quota Exhausted

Account credits exhausted. Go to Wallet to recharge, or switch to a key with balance.

403 Forbidden

Account frozen, IP not in whitelist, or no permission to access this model.

429 Too Many Requests

Rate limit triggered (for a single key or overall limit), please throttle requests.

500/503 Service Exception

Upstream channel exception. The platform auto-fails over; if it still fails, try again later.
